Zuzana Paulová (née Hájková) was born on 28 January 1993 in Prague and is one of the best-known Czech curlers. She specializes in mixed doubles, playing alongside her husband, Tomáš Paul. Together they won bronze at the 2013 World Mixed Doubles Curling Championship in Fredericton and have claimed six Czech national titles.

The highlight of her career is her Olympic debut at the Beijing 2022 Winter Games, where Paulová and Paul finished sixth in the mixed doubles event. After the Olympics, the couple took a break from playing together to welcome their first child, a son born in early 2023. They then returned to the ice and won another national title in 2024.

Alongside mixed doubles, Zuzana also competes in women's curling as a skip, and she earned a silver medal at the 2012 World Junior Curling Championships.
