Maria Keane is a digital illustrator, character artist, and inker from London. She specializes in character design, costume illustration, comic art, and coloring. Her work is known for its strong atmosphere, emotional depth, and cinematic approach to visual storytelling.

Throughout her career, she has worked on a range of international projects. She served as Character Artist for MWP Comics, Costume Illustrator for Roundabout Productions, and also contributed to the series The Nevers as a Costume Illustrator. She worked as an Inker for IDW Publishing, and as an Inker & Colourist for Adaptive Studios and Medikidz. Alongside studio work, she is also an active freelance illustrator.

For the Whaleden platform, Maria created posters and a commissioned project inspired by the photographic series Love Stories. She later joined the Whaleden competition, where she designed a poster of Luna — the heroine of our story. Her work brings sensitivity, depth, and a distinctive visual signature to every project.
